Can I buy io home and office furniture directly from io?
Visit our showroom at 6/8, industrial street, off town planning way, ilupeju, lagos. You can also send your request to service@iofurnitureltd.com, and our customers service team will contact you.

Our beds come in different standard sizes of 4ft x 6ft, 5ft x 6ft and 6ft x 6ft

How many finishes can I choose from?
We have 6 standard finishes you can choose from. Attached are samples of our finishes. The finishes available are wenge, american walnut, summer oak, walnut, white and grey laminates
If an item is purchased on sale, can I have it updated for free?
The item purchased can be refurbished at an additional cost.
I recently moved and in the move, a drawer handle was damaged on my dresser. What should I do?
If the item was purchased from io furniture, you can send a photo of the item so we can determine the extent of the damage , to replace or repair the damage at a cost.
The movers lost the legs to my table. Can I get replacements from you?
If its an io furniture product, we may be able to replace the legs if available
An IO Furniture product I purchased was recently damaged. What steps should be taken to get it repaired?

We recommend that you use a damp cloth as our fabrics are scotchguarded
